For the past few weeks we have been recording and writing out tutorials that we think you’ll need to know In order to get the most out of your retailer website. From something simple such as submitting an order to something a little more complex like creating an email campaign, it’s all there for you to use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Of course, we don’t want to you feel like you have no contact with a real person, same as before all website retailers will still be able to contact thier retailers by phone, email and even skype during office hours.
To get to the support website, login to your admin area and click the button labeled “Support Centre”.
